Technical

1. H-CASSETTE

Each tile is placed in individual support during the drying process and then in individual "H-Cassettes" for the ﬁring process to prevent distortion, and also for dimension accuracy and consistency.This results in excellent tile precision and water-tightness.

2. GYPSUM MOULD

The use of "Gypsum" moulds enable the tile to be formed at the highest level of precision with excellent interlocking features, therefore aiding water-tightness performance and perfect laying. Gypsum moulds also create an extremely smooth tile surface, making it dirt and fungus resistant.

3. HIGH STRENGTH & DURABILITY

MONIER MARSEILLE is designed with a high definition double interlocking system at the head and the side of the tile. Its sharp and well-deﬁned grooves ensure a high degree of water-tightness and leak-proofness.

4. HIGH DEFINITION LOCKING SYSTEM

MONIER MARSEILLE roof tiles are ﬁred at a temperature of up to l050°C, making the tiles extremely durab|e. This high temperature process ensures better fusion of surface coating for coloured tiles and long-lasting durability.
